This uses a copy of the correct Reverse die of that used to strike the four genuine pieces, however the write up on the card insert is not correct. It refers to "500 genuine Half Dollars" sourced from the New Orleans Mint and overstruck with the Confederate Reverse die. This is fact confuses the issue with the efforts of the Scott Stamp & Coin Co. of New York that had 500 token copies made in the 1870's, using the original CSA die on White Metal planchets.
