Description: 1889 Holy Bible in Swedish Language printed by R. S. Peale & Co., Chicago, Ill. Illustrations by Gustave Dore Beautiful original leather binding, illustrated and includes some color illustrations. Ornate "border" in center of text pages. This was clearly a higher end printing for the time period. Some splits starting to bottom of spine, a few pages in center very tattered and torn, but otherwise Bible is quite solid and covers are still well attached. Measures a little over 12.5" x 10.25" and around 4.5" thick. Please review pictures for a better idea of the condition.
