These springs are made by the same subcontractor that built them for Randall, AMT, Brolin, Para Ord, and many other gun manufactures. This is close to the standard military weight spring for the 5" barrel 1911, 1911a1. USGI springs are 13.5lb plus or minus .5lb. This Spring will have a faint coating in the Color yellow on it.
