It is two pieces: a button front shirt with a lace trimmed Peter Pan collar with shorts that button onto the top. The top has white piping and embroidered ducks and there is a matching belt around the waist. Measurements:Length-15".Shoulder-10".Waist-22".Hips-24". Condition: There is fraying on the piping and the embroidery on the ducks is very worn. There is fading and staining on the fabric. There is a replace button in the crotch.
