Description: 1950s Imperial Air B&B Travel Trailer or mobile home, no title bill of sale only. normally bill of sale transactions on older vehicles are good for DMV in no title states, also not a problem if you operate in a title state; as you can register it home maid, use a plate from a similar trailer or we can deliver for you.we think it's a 1954 to 1957 vintage.we may advertise in alternate locationsactual location Amsterdam NY $4/mi delivery available trade for old road tractor earth-moving equipment etc Fabulous dry inside original condition except that someone started latex painting some of the enameled wood but it seems that it can be removed safely with a plastic razor or scraper. several floor tiles should also be replaced, mostly in the bathroom. actually found them on marketplace but sold before i got to them. have toilet tank cover nice shape stored separately for transport. We have an original advertisement page for it somewhere. There are a nice set of keys to lock the doors and a very nice original manual doorbell. We added a new trailer pigtail and all of the lights worked until we were cleaning up some wires hanging underneath which we thought were unnecessary copper phone lines and must have cut the wire for the upper clearance lights but the tail/stop/direction lights still worked so we trailerd it home after fitting new tires, greasing the bearings and checking the brakes. Purchased from original owner, slightly damaged as pictured when their neighbor helped move the trailer to the lot across the street. They didn’t think to ask the neighbor permission to cut the tree down that was in the way (which really needed to be cut and neighbor wanted cut as it was too close to the other trees anyway) so they had to jimmy it out of a tight spot. not a major job just remove molding to straighten the parts.this was parked near lake Sacandaga. it had a roof structure + front and rear porch built around it. The trailer was delivered there new and parked there until about a year ago. it was directly hooked to a septic system and well. hard plumbed with water heater on rear porch. we have the heater. you would have to replumb add tanks according to what you want to do with the trailer. we really like this and imagined polishing the aluminum, changing the screws to stainless and painting the entire unit in translucent blue with a mild flattening agent to somewhere between semigloss and eggshell. painting the ferrous metal parts in opaque sky blue. but that won't be for a while so meanwhile we thought to check whether anyone else might appreciate this item.
