This set is Catalogued as JCM 40 in the Japanese Baseball Card Catalog. They are called 'Maruta' Menko cards. Examples from this set are Scarce overall. Tatsuro Hirooka 広岡達郎 is in the Japanese Baseball Hall of Fame Hirooka played his entire career, from 1954 to 1966, for the Yomiuri Giants. He was awarded the Central League rookie of the year award in 1954.
