Description: 1965 cover from USS Oklahoma City, CLG-5. 4 bar handstamp, ship cachet, handwritten address. USS Oklahoma City, originally classified as CL-91, was a light cruiser later converted to guided missiles. Ship was in commission 1944-1947 and 1960-1979. She served extensively in Vietnam (plus 2 WWII battle stars), and was eventually sunk in a weapons training exercise in 1999. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
