Description: Here's a survivor Redline MX-2 in original red with original decals. I believe it to be 1979 or 1980 based on serial number information I’ve read. It comes with original fork, Redline stamped V-Bars and an oldschool red anno fluted post. Here's the rundown: Frame & Fork are in survivor condition with nicks, scratches and some surface rust. There is some bubbling in the paint on the rear triangle. I don't see cracks, dings or major damage. I inspected the seat mast inside and out and it is not cracked. The rear brake bridge looks to have some minor compression but it is not crushed. I don't see any damage on the fork and the threads are good. Bars: These are oldschool redline V-bars with redline stamp as shown in the phots. They have some chrome peel, mostly on the crossbar, but do not have any structural damage. The area where the stem clamps is very clean and the ends are also very clean. Post: Oldschool fluted red annodized post. It looks to be slightly bent on the bottom part.
