Description: These two programs were found at the same estate in the Washington DC area, and were from obviously a lover of classical music who also valued autographs of the performers. The venue was Constitution Hall in Washington DC, and both concerts occurred in March of 1942. Both programs are 11 pages long and are in GOOD CONDITION, with a few creases, some expected yellowing as they are paper programs. THE SIGNATURES HAVE NOT BEEN AUTHENTICATED BUT ARE CONSISTENT WITH OTHERS THAT CAN EASILY FOUND ONLINE. In both cases, the performer appeared to sign quickly on top of the front cover. The Yehudi Menuhin signature is in somewhat faint ink, while the Jan Kiepura signature is a little more dark - it looks like a felt tip pen. There is also a signature lower left hand corner which I can't determine. Neither autograph is authenticated. The Menuhin signature is similar to other online signatures, maybe a little more stark and rushed. Other Jan Kiepura signatures are neater including the first name - the one on the program looks like the last name only and is a little more stark but certainly similar to ones found online. A NICE CLASSICAL MUSICAL PAIR OF VINTAGE SIGNED PROGRAMS FROM AN IMPORTANT WASHINGTON DC VENUE! SM6
