It is the 37c Snowy Egret design from the American Wildlife series. The 2004 self-adhesives are serpentine die cut 11½ x 11 on 2, 3 or 4 sides. Carl T. Herrman designed them and Ashton Potter USA Ltd. printed them. The 2004 variety has USPS microprinting shown below in close-up view. It is scarce in comparison to the original issue 3830 (sold separately). The singles are expertly cut from 3830De convertible panes of 20 and left on original backing paper.
