Overall, this chair is in very good condition, showing an honest patina and wear to the gray finish commensurate with age including marks, scuffs, dings. light chips etc. It's structurally sound and very solid. The seat height is adjustable using the steel bracket under the seat. It adjusts from 17.5" - 20.5" in height.
