Thoroughly clean surface with rubbing alcohol or soap and water(Rinse thoroughly making sure no residue is left on the surface) 2. Firmly press or rub a squeegee on the clear transfer tape 3. Peel the WHITE backing paper off the decal, making sure decal is sticking on the CLEAR transfer tape(If the decal is stuck on the white backing paper, go back to step #2) 4.
