DETAILED CONDITIONS AS FOLLOWS: COLOR: LIGHT GRAY WITH DARKER GRAY VINYL AND ARMRESTS BACKSIDES: ALL OF THE ATTACHING TABS ARE INTACT ON BOTH PANELS! NOTE: WE DO NOT HAVE THE POWER SWITCHES OR SWITCH BEZEL FOR EITHER OF THE PANELS. PASSENGER SIDE'S CONDITION: I consider this panel to be in GOOD cosmetic condition. There are a number of marks here and there. ARMREST IS FIRM! The vinyl has darker discoloration, which may or may not come off with a little extra cleaning. Top ledge, side of the long trim piece and the side of the triangle trim piece have fading. The top ledge also has darker discoloration. The vinyl is a little loose on the top ledge. There are spots of fading on the main area of this panel. DRIVER SIDE'S CONDITION: I would consider this panel to be in GOOD / FAIR COSMETIC CONDITION. There are a number of marks here and there. Armrest is firm! The vinyl has darker discoloration and a small area of texture has been rubbed smooth. Top ledge, the side of the long trim piece and the side of the triangle trim piece have fading. The top ledge also has dryness. Vinyl is a little loose on the top ledge. There are spots of fading on the main area of this panel. ** The attaching point, where the long trim piece attaches to the driver side panel, is cracked. See picture.
