Description: Seller: Alley-Antiques DESCRIPTION: Antique Tools. Old antique 1920s 14" Bone Saw. Butcher saw, meat saw. Unmarked. Appears untouched. Original finish on wood handle with fabulous patina. 14" blade with all teeth in place. The metal on the saw is untouched with some corrosion patina. Original screws with original patina. Untouched, so you can do as much or as little restoration as you want. Would be easy to clean up metal with oil and steel wool, but I'll leave that to new buyer if they choose. Wood has darkened and could be reginished. Overall I love the look just as it is. The high points on the wood handles "horns" have some rounding or minor tip losses. Good condition for age. Antique around 100 years old. he blade is flat. All teeth are there and in good shape. Surface corrosion on metal blade that I will leave up to new buyer to clean. I like finding these old tools untouched. New buyer can display as is or restore as much as they wish. Overall measures about 18 3/8" long ( from blade tip to tip of wood handle). The blade as mentioned is 14" long. Please look at pictures as they are considered part of description. Shipping includes tracking and insurance.
