Condition: in overall poor condition as pictured; the cover is torn and well worn all over, pages are discolored, there is a handwritten inscription inside the cover, other wear and tear to the pages and other imperfections from age, use and storage as pictured. We don't see the publication date but a handwritten inscription inside the cover is dated 1913 so we assume publication was on or before 1913.
