Depicts a puppy dog being attached by adult Mallards as the dog is getting too close to the baby ducks. In the background a duck house and lush farm landscape can be seen. Protected behind glass and framed in an antique 19th century period beveled wood frame with gold gilded interior. The frame is quite breathtaking and retains its original Boston, MA framers label affixed to the pine board backing (see photos). Lithograph In Very Good overall condition. Clean, crisp and bright with a small 2 1/2” tear to the top left edge and a dogearred top left corner. Frame is clean with only some very gentle surface scuffs; very well preserved. Eye catching and appealing. Displays quite handsomely. Lithograph measures 14 1/2” x 12”. Frame interior measures 14 1/2” x 13”. Frame measures 17 1/2” x 15 3/4” x 1 3/4” thick.
