Description: Antique Crazy Quilt Top Cutter Feather Embroidery Hand Pieced Melting Velvet As Is. Approximately 79" x 56". I tried to take pictures that show the poor condition of parts of the quilt. It seems as if all of the satin or sateen fabric has almost disintegrated. The velvets have held up well and most of the intricate stitching still looks great. My favorite thing about this quilt is that it is literally stitched on the back of flour sacks from a local flour mill not 30 miles from where I live in Texas. Someone who know what they are doing could probably return this quilt to its former glory. I guess one could even make pillows out of the good parts of the quilt or frame parts of it.
