Burge (not sure if they are a married couple, brother and sister?). I believe it is charcoal on paper. In original wood frame with metal plaque stating the names of the subjects and date, June 29, 1887. No signature of the artist. Frame is quite old and ha some wear, nicks, etc., and there is duck tape on the backing where it was probably coming loose.
