Description: Antique Lonhuda Pottery Vase 3 Handles & Feet Yellow Flowers Standard Glaze Approx. 4" READ Lonhuda Pottery of Steubenville, Ohio, was a pottery business founded in 1892 by William Long (1844-1918). The firm closed in 1896. This beautiful antique American art pottery vase was made by Lonhuda between 1892-1896. This piece features the standard glaze developed by William Long and has beautifully handpainted yellow flowers and leaves. There are 3 feet and handles. This is a nice example of Lonhuda. The vase is elegant and delicate in appearance, not clunky and heavy looking as many examples are. This would be a great addition to an American art pottery collection, especially for collectors of examples of early standard glaze pots. The vase is stamped Lonhuda and has a shield type mark and some numbers. The vase is over 120 years old and is in good preowned antique condition. Please forgive the glare in the photos.***There is crazing throughout as shown.*** Please enlarge pics and ask any questions you may have before purchasing.
