IT HAS A TIN SCOOP IN IT THAT HAS BEEN WITH IT WHEN I ACQUIRED IT YEARS AGO. I AM NOT SURE HOW OLD IT IS OR IF IT WAS ORIGINAL.. IT DOES MAKE SENSE THAT THEY CONTINUE ON TOGETHER. I feel confident I have represented this item correctly as I new the former owner and she passed on the information ..and was knowledgable on her fine antiques.
