Antique Victorian 4" China Frozen Charlotte Doll with blonde hair

Description: Antique Victorian 4" Frozen Charlotte Doll. She is most likely from Germany though I couldn't find any marks. She has curled blonde hair, blue eyes with high blushing. She was dressed with a large ribbon & flannel material that had old large safety pins on the flannel piece. It was tied at the shoulders with a ribbon. This fabric has mellowed from age and is fragile. She is in very good condition. She does have a roughness or missing glaze on the back of head and derriere.
