At this time, I am following the New 5/21 Postcard mailing system approved by eBay. The Postcard is still Tracked by the USPS, but fortunately the price has dropped by about $2.00. In order to take advantage of this better price, postcards have to be in certain size envelopes, and be under 3 ounces, and listed under Postcards. I am sending cards in a special envelope that has a hard cardboard backing, and I enclose some other protection around the card.
