The town of Pskov (Pleskau) near Estonia was occupied and under German military control in 1941-42. These two items contain local stamps, issued and printed locally during the German occupation. First is a postcard with Michel #10 from the labor office (1/3/42) sent to a local resident and appearing to order him to come in with a work permit.
