Description: Bent K 14k Yellow Gold 1960s Spring Spiral Ring 20mm Size 5-6 This is a delightfully wearable 14k yellow gold ring from the 60’s by minimalist Danish designer, Bent Knudsen, who used to work for famed jeweler Hans Hansen. The ring measures 8 grams in weight and 20mm in width, but is very comfortable to wear because of its slightly flexible spiral design. Its design also affects the finger sizes that can accommodate this ring: anywhere between size 5 to size 6. Bent Knudsen, born in 1924, got his start as a jewelry craftsman training at the respected Cohr silversmithing shop in Fredericia, Denmark. He then went to work for Hans Hansen, another notable silver workshop in Kolding, Denmark, where he was employed for ten years. It was there that he developed a style all his own, eventually going into business with his wife, Anni.
