Please READ the measurements since my size medium and your size medium may not be the same. 20" from underarm to underarm at back. Front is not made to close/meet at centre. From high point at shoulder to back hemline is 14". Sleeves at underarm to wrist are about 16 1/2". I believe this is all cotton, simply because I rarely buy anything that isn't primarily cotton. Appliques were added by hand, not machine stitched. Never dried in the dryer. No rips or snags that I saw. Smoke free home. Make me a reasonable offer, I love that feature!
