SHIPPING POLICIES:We only ship our packages through USPS using Media, Ground Advantage and Priority.The packages will include Insurance coverage up to $30-$100 (Ground Advantage already has that applied). The tracking number will be emailed to you by eBay once a label has been printed (please wait 24 hrs for the tracking number to be updated).If a package is damaged, lost or stolen from transit, please be advised that this issue is out of our hands and will have to be dealt with by USPS and filing a claim through them. CANCELLATIONS:We will decline a cancellation request if the order has been processed and shipped.You will have to request a return instead once you received the package.If you are asking to cancel because of a mistake in your address then we ask that you please message us with the correct address information so we can go ahead and change it for you.
