Description: This is a correct door jam plate for 1961-1965 Cadillacs (I am told by an expert?). The second image is for a slightly different plate from a 1966. It goes on a door jam and has areas to record service dates & mileage. It also serves as an Identification Plate displaying the Vehicle Identification Number. It is about 3 1/2 inches long and 1 1/4 inch high. I make them of aluminum. The background is an off-white, almost a very light gray. The letters and numbers are black. Printing of your car's VIN is free, just be sure to furnish it. I can print your car's number in the "ENGINE NO." area as I make the plate at no additional cost.
