There are many posts and articles online about buying this camera and trying to reverse it. Being that aside from the shutter button the camera is pristine. It could be used set on timer, and by pass the button. I have been told that when these were modified the shutter button was removed, and 3 wires come out of it, and then it those were wired to basically a phone cable to the case. Whether you would be able to replace or rig the shutter button is beyond me. You could also purchase this for "parts only" and change the housing to one that contains a shutter button. Or just simply for parts.
