Description: ***** Well, THE MAGIC GADGET SITE wants to THANK all our customers who have suppported TMGS for over 15 years!! And if you are new to TMGS, you can learn more about any of our items and our fast, friendly service by visiting THE MAGIC GADGET SITE eBay store. Share the magic! ****** We decided (Okay, my wife decided) that I needed to make some room in the DVD storage cabinet for her excercise videos, so I am listing a TON of magic DVD's. Too many to give detailed descriptions, but check out the photos of the DVD case blurbs, and do a little research online for price and content, and you can get some great deals on these DVDs. Like many DVDs being put out lately, this one really only features a single trick, but Matt Hampel does give you a couple of nifty ideas about performing that effect, and does a good job teaching the one incredibly useful sleight (a fast card fold) that is needed for the classic version of the effect. That effect is this: a card is selected, signed and lost in the deck. Moments later, the magician grimaces a bit, then uses his tongue to push a folded card out from between his teeth and lips. Unfolding it, it is indeed the sign selection. Hand it to your spectator for a souvenir and you can watch her grimace. The classic routine is definitely good to learn and add to your repetoire, but the DVD also includes a zany verison of the effect in which a card is selected, and lost in the deck. The deck is fanned and the magi runs the fan along his teeth, then rips his face away from the fan, revealing a card pip stuck to his teeth (or some really bad looking Billy Bob denture teeth). The card pip matches the selection. The selected card is taken from the deck, and yes, the index corner pip has been bitten off. This silly routine actually plays better for me than the more technically demanding classic version. Well, that's laymen for you! 40 minutes long, and a good buy. Hampel sells the DVD for $15 on his own site. Get it here for less. Shipping costs hints:If you buy more than one DVD from these listings, I will invoice you with lower shipping. I will always try to save you postage!! When combining items into a single shipment, please request a total before paying. This will allow me to hold your items and to give you the best postage rate. To USA addresses: Should only be about 50 cents to $1 extra shipping for any added DVDs after the first one (at posted shipping rates) If you buy more than 3 or 4 DVD's at the same time, then Media Mail will probably be cheaper. Happy to ship media mail if it can be less expensive than 1st class for your order. But remember, only books and DVDs in Media Mail -- cannot combine media with non-media unless we ship 1st class or Priority Mail. For International addresses: shipping for add-on DVD will vary based on total weight of the package, but it will be significantly less per DVD than the first one. +++++++++++
