Description: Cigar Box Wood Cuesta Rey & Co Little Cuestas Nickels Vintage For sale here is a wood cigar box that formerly held 5 cent cigars called “Little Cuestas” and “Nickels” (which were hand made by Cuesta, Rey & Co. in Tampa, Florida). The box measures 7-3/8" wide x 3-7/8" deep x 4-5/8" high. All of the nails are in place, as are the hinges which function well. The box closes completely. Whatever paper was once inside the cover has been removed, with only torn edges left behind. The inside and outside of the box show minor signs of use and wear. Pre-owned. Condition described above. From the estate of our Uncle Paul, born in 1927, who collected all kinds of things in Denver, Colorado, from the mid-1950s until his untimely death in the mid-1980s.
