I have examined this book carefully. The book has been opened and read but has been kept in a collectible state. There are a very few minor defects to the book commensurate with age and viewing...very slight cosmetic wearing of the board corners, and the back board along the top of the spine has just a little gap and play. (See photos.) The pages are clean and glossy. Edges are straight. The spine has not been broken. The book has not been professionally graded according to a CGC scale, because I am offering this as a book, not a graded comic book/magazine. It came from a local estate.
