It is a velvet type fabric made of 70% polyester & 30% rayon. It has embroidery on the neck and other lace accents. It closes with 5 silver buttons. It has long sleeves. Black lace was added to the sleeves and they don’t have finished edges. The bust is 42, the front best part is 21” long and the back tail part is 48” long. The sleeves are 18.5 up to where the lace is added.
