If it is marked or designated as a second, I will mention that in the listing to the best of my knowledge and ability. If you specifically want a guarantee for first quality items or for perfect items, online purchasing may not be the best choice for you. Items are non returnable.I sometimes will use an alternative carrier from what was initially selected to deliver your item. I only ship to the address shown as the ship to address when you make payment. I will not ship to an alternate address you might try to provide via email. This is a fraud prevention measure. Please make sure the correct address you want the item shipped to is showing when you make payment. There is no ebay workaround for an error other than to cancel the sale and start over. I am not able to hold shipping beyond my stated handling time of 2 days once payment is made because Ebay penalizes sellers with a defect for late shipping.
