This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavy creases and many areas of wrinkled/wavy folding - areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease and rust stains, areas of discoloration, perhaps foreign substance); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough/damaged in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (multiple tears exist and many are large and damaging); holes exist (the center hole is larger); very heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); pieces missing due to very heavy wear and damage.
