Description: Golden Swan Figurine and Case Photograph This golden swan figurine comes from the Moffitt Haunting, a paranormal incident in which a Southern Californian family was tormented by a powerful, unidentified entity. Ed and Lorraine Warren investigated this case in the late 80s. Among its many feats, the entity was capable of relocating objects. It often spirited away or outright destroyed Lena’s Catholic statues and other items of faith, frequently decapitating or severing arms from representations of Saints or Jesus. Curiously, the entity would not damage imagery or icons of the Virgin Mary, though who would still manipulate statues and other depictions of her. This auction also includes a letter of authenticity signed by Deborah Moffitt.
