It has the quality worthy of Marcus Miller's name, but is also affordable. It is equipped with a pickup and preamp developed in-house, and the preamp, powered by an 18V battery, has the mid-range control that Marcus Miller values. The alder body back/flame maple top is joined to a 24-fret maple neck/rosewood fingerboard with a bolt-on joint, and the heelless neck joint makes it a model that is also highly playable at high frets. Each of the two humbucker pickups has a series/parallel/single switch, a 3-band EQ with mid-frequency, active/passive switching, and more, so you can use this one guitar regardless of the scene or genre.
