Way less than 1/2 the time spent with a hand crank filer. The dial gauge is amazing. You can measure the amount of material you have removed right on the tool so you dont have near as much file, check, file, check, repeat when using a hand crank file. Pros: Saves tons of time Yes, I recommend this product.
