We have looked over the sawtooth edges to the rim and we notice no brakes or chips anywhere. Perhaps some small microscopic flea bites, but the rim is in excellent condition overall. Pings and rings with a lovey tone indication no hidden hairlines. The bowl having good weight to it at nearly 8 lbs of quality crystal glass.
