Return policy details: Returns Policy (1) Introduction We understand that from time to time you may wish to return an item to us. (3) Return of Faulty Items If in the unlikely event you receive your item and it is found to be faulty you must report this to us within 14 days of delivery of the item so that we can issue you a warranty form and a return authorisation reference. We must then receive the item and completed warranty form back with all the original parts and packaging within 14 days of issuing the return reference. The returned item must have our despatch security mark present and will then be returned to the manufacturer who will test the item and check the production stamp. If the item is then found to be faulty we will supply a replacement part if no replacement is available we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item only.
