Unless the item states that it is new, NOS condition in packaging items in non or un-issued condition can be 50 years old or more. They will not show wear or signs of use but they have been stored for years and shipped around the world so they will show signs of storage and may have that military surplus smell. Genuine French F2 Original CCE Camo Field pants, size M to XXL, new, non-issued military surplus These are genuine French F2 Original CCE Woodland Camouflage field pants all new, non-issued in packaging. Some have glitter on them for some reason but that will easily wash off. Made in France by various French military contractors for the French Foreign Legion military in the 2010-2012 era. Constructed from a strong and durable 65% Cotton and 35% Polyester blend. The pants feature two front slant pockets, one hip snap close cargo pocket, one rear snap close pocket, zipper closure, reinforced knees and elastic leg cuffs to fit tightly over your boot tops or inside your boots. Waist measurements were measured across the inside of the waistband of the pants with the edges pulled tight, I then doubled that measurement and subtracted 2-3" to estimate the waist size. I.E.- The 108C pants measured 21 1/2" so I doubled that to 43" and then subtracted 3" to come up with the waist size. The last photo shows how I measured these on a different pair of pants. Inseam was measured from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg. Inseams are short as these are designed to fit tightly over the top or inside of your boots.
