The goggles also have a painted canvas outer layer for water resistance, metal eye cups with polycarbonate lenses, synthetic fleece backing, a metal wire insert for nose bridge support, and cotton tie down straps. The pouch is made from canvas dyed in khaki with two belt loops and a metal button closure. The mask has no treatment against harmful chemical agents and can only be used as a dust mask.
