Description: This listing is for a nice fully Restored GRISWOLD Cast Iron Hinged Skillet. It is the number 7 measuring about 9-7/8" in diameter not including the pours. This unit is the Small Logo and marked No. 7 and model 2507B. The bottom is flat without wobble and there are no cracks, repairs or damage of any kind. This pan has been cleaned with the lye process, removing all organic waste including soot, baked on food, carbon and any other contaminate. It is then washed in a hot soapy bath. After this process, it is determined if there was any rust under the carbon and there was not. It is in similar condition as it was when sold new other than some light utensil marks to the inside surface. The pan has been lightly seasoned and will need continued seasoning if you intend to use it and why would you not. Professional packaging and shipment by FedEx small package service is $16.50 in the 48 states which does NOT include Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
