Description: Here's a cute 3" cello button promoting democrat presidential candidate, Michael Dukakis. There are several cartoon pins from this 1988 election which make fun of both him and his republican opponent, sitting V.P. George H. W. Bush. Some are rebus pins (where the images make up words like "Bush" and "Quail") and this one plays on the Veep's last name. It is in nice condition but please look at our images to judge this for yourself so you can be happy with your purchase. Each example of this button we have ever seen has somewhat mottled white paper. (Including the example in our personal collection). They are not foxed or damaged, but the maker must have used some poorer quality paper to print on, is all. You can expect that the pin you will receive will be close to the same condition as this one.
