Description: Garden City Pottery, San Jose, CA 1902-1987 Selling a delft blue miniature oil jar shaped vase. Hand thrown during the company's early years. In great condition. Has a tiny glaze miss on the rim. Measures 5" tall with 2" wide base. The company started adding colorful glazes to their wares in the 1930's. Their pieces are dipped in glaze rather than using a spray process. Last photo shows some of our other hand-thrown mini oil jars-if interested, let us know.
