Description: Emarcy MG 36101. Mainstream Of Jazz. Mono. The cover grades VG with most of the clear lamination having peeled off the front. During the early days of Emarcy they used some type of funky glue to attach the lamination. Even when the lamination didn't peel it turned a cloudy milky white underneath. A visual grade of the record is between VG+ and VG++ with a few light surface marks and nice gloss. See the last 2 photos for surface condition. A play grade is VG++. It plays cleanly and quietly. VG : Obvious signs of wear but the record still has life in it. VG does not mean beat. VG Minus : The record or cover will show moderate to heavy wear. For a common record this would not be an acceptable grade. For an in-demand, rare record it should be considered. Good : Very heavy wear. This grade would only be acceptable if the record is rare enough that you might not see another copy available for sale or it's a rare record at a low price.
