Description: Hello, I will support your music life from Japan.I will do my utmost for the service you satisfy. Item Description Gibson Heritage 1976 (1976) The 76s Heritage, a rare model that is rarely seen in the vintage market, is now in stock! Production of the Heritage 76s began in 1965 and was produced until 1982, making it a relatively short-lived model. The initial model had Jacaranda veneer SIDE & BACK, but this model was changed to laminate Jacaranda in 1968, and then changed to rosewood veneer in the 1970s. Was it not very popular when it was released? It is a rare item that is rarely seen in the vintage market! Solid spruce TOP, solid rosewood SIDE & BACK, maple 3-piece NECK, ebony fingerboard & bridge, double X bracing, measured 43.2 mm nut, 16 inch square shoulder with 25.5 inch scale. Although it has a natural top and square shoulders, it has the same bridge shape, head ornament, block position, etc. as the 70's J-200, but it still has a unique face typical of Gibson! The sound is dense and heavy due to the rosewood body! When you think of the typical Gibson sound, it feels like a solid and calm sound, but if you play it with a flat pick, it's still a Gibson sound. You can also feel the rough-hewn feel. Many people think that Gibsons from the 70's don't make a sound because they have double X bracing, but that's definitely not the case. This bracing was probably used to ensure the strength of the top, but since the bracing is shorter than in the 1960s, I don't see it as a negative factor. I think the sound tends to be a little tight and cohesive, but in terms of volume it produces a powerful sound that is on par with the 60's. If you strum it with a flat pick, it will produce a deep sound that is typical of a rosewood body with a slightly sharp edge, and if you play it with your fingers, it will produce a D-28 sound with a solid fundamental tone and just the right amount of sustain. So, when you try it out, you will find that it is surprisingly easy to use and has a sound that is suitable for all genres! The condition of the instrument is that although there are some small scratches here and there, it is in very good condition considering the model year! The PG of this model is painted, so there is a Martin Crack-like finish along the inside line of the PG. There is some crack repair, but this is something that can't be helped. There is no reinforcing cleat applied from the back, but it seems to be firmly glued. There is a rice-grain-sized dent on the top of the body near the bulge on the 1st string side, and there is also one rice-grain-sized dent on the back. There are only small scratches that should not occur. The neck condition is good and straight, and the current string height is 2.5mm on the 6th string and 1.9mm on the 1st string above the 12th fret, making it very easy to play. There is just a little more OK to the saddle. The frets overall feel quite flat, but the frets of this era originally had short frets called fretless wonders, so there is no discomfort when playing normally. A rare model that is rarely seen. This is a nice sounding gem that is recommended for those who are looking for a unique guitar that is different from others! The original hard case is included, but one of the handles was broken and was repaired with Teppan. It doesn't affect portability at all, and I think the handle is stronger than the original (lol). -+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+- The description is as detailed as possible,Due to the nature of the product, notation of all states may be difficult. For those who want to check severely, and those who want to know more detailed conditionsPlease make sure to contact us in advance before purchasing.
