Johnson; pages carefully removed from the original magazine. Large Folio size - approx. 16 1/2" X 11 3/4". Includes pages from 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30, 11/6, 11/13, 11/20, 11/27, 12/4, 12/11, 12/18, 12/25, 1/1. Interestingly, this US serialization finished one week before the UK serialization in The Graphic. This US version contains revisions from the UK version, especially the more horrific "Hotpot" scene in Ch. 8 which was changed to a shooting - these revisions are in the 1st edition hardbacks. Very few complete sets exist.
