These bars are "Pre-wired" with your Handlebar Switch Wiring (Can-Bus) and set up with the ability to pull your existing Twist Grip Sensor (TBW) in literally 15 mins! Those of us who have swapped our bars know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that wiring the new bars can be a daunting task. This is what we set out to fix...and we did it! We are able to provide you with a solution that literally eliminates the headache....We were able to have our twist grip sensor pulled in 10 mins, here's the key, WITHOUT removing the plug on the Twist Grip Sensor...That is no exaggeration! Once this is done all that is left is to swap is your hydraulics and you are done! We all know what the dealer charges to do this, with that said any experienced tech for that matter, and we’re EXTREMELY confident that we can save you $$$!!! Who doesn’t wanna save $$$? Here we have our Handlebar Installation kit that is for the more price conscience...Everything is included, but we are using "Aftermarket" Type Hydraulics for this one. There are a few differences between this particular kit and Our "OEM" Type kit. The differences are going to be in the Hydraulic Lines, the fittings for the ABS module are not exact "OEM" style fittings. They absolutely work exactly the same and once installed you will never see them again, but they are different. Also where the Lines come out of the Fairing going down to the calipers...these lines are a single line from the ABS Block to the Caliper, the "OEM" lines have a "Tubing" that allows the lines to sit under the fairing a bit better. We have engineered them to be direct bolt-on replacements for stock equipment. No slag inside the bar tubes makes installation easy. Laser cut, fully TIG welded, beveled & de-burred for easy internal wire pulling, and polished to a show their quality finish!All of our Handlebars are hand-made employing a multi-step manufacturing process using the finest materials. Tube diameter is 1.25” stepped down to 1” for stock/conventional controls. Both grips have 0.5” x 2” slots laser cut for internal wiring. The throttle side is honed out and notched for fly by wire. Laser cut tubing yields the smoothest corners with no slag for easy wiring. The Knurled Center for non-slip grip on our handlebars is engineered to be a direct custom replacement for stock equipment. We pride ourselves on our smooth and clean arched corners whereas competitors often use straight sharp edges which are easier to manufacture but fall short of the premium styling distinguishing riders demand. Cable Description:For Our Electrical Extensions We Use Special Purpose Automotive Wire that is Insulated with Chemically Cross-Line Polyethylene, Making it resistant to moisture, most solvents, and Gives it the Ability to Withstand Extreme Temperatures. These Features Make Our Wire Ideal for Engine Compartment Applications Where Higher Heat Resistance is Required. Our Flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Tubing is Designed to Meet the Requirements of MIL-I-631, Grades A & B. This Type of Tubing is used in Appliances, Automobiles, Military Wiring Harnesses and Airborne Equipment. Our PVC Tubing is UV Resistant, Flame Retardant, Lead Free with a High Gloss Black Finish, Making it Perfect for Applications Where a Wide Thermal Range is Required. Our Hydraulic Brake and Clutch Lines Meet or Exceed D.O.T. as well as OEM Pressure Specifications. Our Lines are UV Protected Braided Stainless Steel with Classic Chrome or Black Chrome Fittings. Your Choice of a Black Pearl/Smoke, Clear or Gloss Black Armor Coat Exterior, that Provides Long Lasting Appearance while Protecting Components from Abrasion. When many aftermarket hydraulic lines are installed, problems can arise from inferior chrome plating. There is nothing worse than rust prone, cheap imitation chrome.
