The cover sleeve has tears/marks while the hardcover has slight wear on the edges and corners. From the back of the book moving forward, the binding is starting to pull/stretch and becomes better by page 240, or so. So, the binding from page 240-blank end page is not in the same condition at the rest of the book. Other wise I’ve found one page cornered. The only writing found so far, after turning through the pages, is the two signatures and date at the front. The book will be shipped on the up coming Friday after the purchase is made, which is when you will receive your tracking number. The book is sold as is and there is no returns. As I post more books, feel free to offer on self made bundles — especially if they aren’t actively on auction.
