Harris CDP1802ACE CPU RCA COSMAC "blemished" TESTED USA

Description: Harris - 8-bit Microprocessor/Microcontroller - CDP1802ACE H9640 CDP1802ACE is an 8-bit microprocessor, and it was one of the first, if not the first of the CMOS processors. The 1802 had low power consumption, wide range of operating voltages, one version (ceramic) had radiation hardening and military operating temperature range. The processor has a very interesting architecture because one of the 16 registers of the 1802 microprocessor could be set as a data pointer or program counter. It was possible to jump to any memory location by placing a new address into any free register, and set this register as a program counter. THESE CHIPS ARE A BARGAIN! The poor packaging from vendor caused abrasion on the top of some chips, some may appear scuffed but labeling still clear. The chip casing material appears to be CERAMIC. The poor packaging caused (on some) 1-2 pins to deform slightly, but fit into any socket. None of the legs appear to have been desoldered so if these were "pulls" they were all socketed and not soldered. Many would appear as if perfect. Because of all this I cannot sell them as new given all the above. They are "blemished" condition. PLEASE NOTE any marks on the pins are from my testing and not from actual use as far as I can tell. I do make them sound worse than they are but want to make sure everyone knows before purchase. Please note! They are each packaged in an ANTI-STATIC tube for shipment. Any DOA CPU will be refunded. I am highly confident there will NOT BE ANY DOA CHIPS (because I tested each CPU before shipping!) These were all sourced from a vendor in China. I no longer purchase from this vendor.
